Letter from the Director-April

Sorry I’m so late but the month got away from me. We’ve been very busy at the pantry with our numbers increasing almost every week. We provide food for over 50 families per week. A big thanks to Bethel Lutheran Church who donated and assembled 55 Easter Baskets for the kids at the pantry. Also, another big thankyou to Won-a-go Biking in Mukwonago who repaired quite a few donated bikes that we can give to the kids at the pantry. The We Engergies moratorium is up as of April 15, 2023. That means the families that were using heating money to purchase groceries now need that money for their heating bills. Every family who requested, received a fresh ham for Easter dinner.

Again, many thanks to everyone in the community who helps keep our shelves stocked. We wouldn’t be able to help so many without your support.

Julie-Director
