This is a first, letter done at 9:00 on the 1st. We are gearing up today for people to come to our parking lot for bread and perishables because we are closed on Thursday. Our volunteers deserve a day with their friends and families and a few of the places that we pick up from are not open. We are busy getting things ready for the other food pantries in the area who come and pick up perishables that we can’t use before a Thursday. We’re getting ready to supply back packs to our families with school age children. We are delivering more meals to elderly and home bound clients who can’t make it in to the pantry. For it being so busy constantly I can’t think of anything to say. We are giving out more to families with kids who are out of school for the summer. We appreciate all of the donations we receive from the community and outlying areas.
